Policies
Privacy Policy
Effective launch date TBD
This policy explains what information the BB Beauty Tattoo & Esthetics website collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It applies to this website only. Information you give us in the studio, such as consent forms and health questionnaires, is handled separately and is never collected through this site.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts and no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not set cookies.
If you send a tattoo inquiry or an appointment request, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email and phone, plus the details you give about your tattoo idea or the service you want, and when you are available. We use this only to contact you and schedule your appointment. Please do not send health information through the form.
Like every website, the server that hosts this site automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify you.
Third-party services
Some features connect you to other companies. Each has its own privacy policy, and we do not control what they collect.
- FormSubmit. Tattoo inquiries and appointment requests are delivered to the studio by email through FormSubmit, which processes what you enter in order to send it. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
- Google Maps. The map on this site does not load until you choose “Show map.” Once loaded, or if you choose Get Directions, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Instagram. Links to our Instagram take you to Instagram, operated by Meta. See Instagram’s privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information you choose to share with us, for example when you book or message us, only to schedule and provide your appointment and to reply to you. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this website does not track visitors across sites or over time, it works the same way whether or not that signal is sent.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Tattoo services are available only to clients 18 and older with valid government-issued photo ID.
Your choices
To ask about, correct, or delete information you have shared with the studio, contact us at studio email TBD or phone TBD.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
